Five years in Mumbai, 10 years in Dubai. 14years in Kerala. he has successfully led numerous high-profile projects that blend innovation with sustainability. Mrs. Rathi B. Menon is a highly accomplished civil engineer with over 23 years of extensive experience in the execution and management of diverse construction projects. A graduate of the prestigious PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore, class of 2001, she has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and technical expertise in the field of civil engineering.

Slesha Joy is a passionate architect with over 5 years of experience in designing innovative and sustainable spaces. Holding a degree in Architecture from Dr.M.G.R. University specializes in Residential designs and luxury European style interior concepts inspired from her experience gained from working in Canadian Industry for over 5 years focusing on blending functionality with aesthetic appeal. Throughout her career, Slesha has collaborated with diverse clients, transforming visions into reality while prioritizing community engagement, sustainability and user experience. When not designing, she loves travelling and exploring new places and is a hardcore foodie, which inspire her creative process.
Sarath Kumar
Architect Sarath Kumar is a creative problem solver with a passion for designing functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. With expertise in sustainable design and project management, Sarath delivers innovative solutions that exceed client expectations. Sebin CD is a dedicated project coordinator at Orion Architects with a strong background in Civil engineering from Al-Azhar and specialization in interior designing from Keltron. He brings more than 3 years of experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing schedules, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and architects. Sebin is adept at utilizing project management software to track progress and mitigate risks, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. He is also very passionate about football and fitness.
